Build
Design output is render-ready code. I write it, review it, and run it through gates for brand, accessibility, and speed. The machine checks the rules so humans can judge the outcome.
Measurement
One governed number per question. Funnels instrumented at the moment of capture, dashboards that executives actually read, and readouts someone signs.
AI operations
Agents carry the repeatable work: assembly, variants, drafts, migration, reporting. I build the guardrails and supervise the output. The hours come back as judgment.
